Discover the programme and the course of the Tour of Flanders Youth Day
On Sunday, May 25th, the Market Square in Oudenaarde will once again set the stage for the fourth edition of the Tour of Flanders Youth Day. In and around Oudenaarde, four youth categories will compete for victory in their own version of Flanders’ Finest. Below, you can find more information about the course and the programme on the Market Square.
The course consists of several laps, varying by category. The Men & Women U17 and Men & Women U19 will tackle some iconic climbs and cobbled sectors through the Flemish Ardennes. With the Achterberg and Varent climbs, and the cobbles of Holleweg and Karel Martelstraat, some serious leg-burners await them on the road to Hoogstraat. Programma Oudenaarde
To experience the action up close, head to the beating heart of this Youth Day: the Market Square in Oudenaarde. There, you’ll be treated to a full day of atmosphere, excitement, and cycling fun. The youth version of the High Mass kicks off early: at 8:15, the programme begins with the team presentation of the Women U17. With no fewer than 13 race passages, all team presentations, and all finishes taking place there, there’s always something happening. In between, you can enjoy the lively crowd, a bite to eat, and a drink. We wrap up the day at 19:15 with the grand finale of the Men U19 race.
