Ronde Van Vlaanderen 2017: how do you get there?

Below you will find all the information you need for the new start in Anvers, the fan zones in Audenarde and Renaix and the finish line in Audenarde. The organiser Flanders Classics, in association with East Flanders province, the town of Audenarde and De Lijn, are offering a fleet of free shuttle buses in order to ferry visitors from the car parks provided to the Oude Kwaremont – Paterberg, Kruisberg – Hotond areas and the finish line in Audenarde. A transport plan was also drawn up in association with the town of Anvers for cycling fans wishing to watch the start in this beautiful town.

People who live in and around Audenaerde or in the neighbourhood of one of the Public Villages can best go on foot. Searching for a parking space or a free bicycle parking area will therefore not be necessary.

The bicycle parkings are provided on the Scheldekaaien near Sint-Jansvliet (pedestrian tunnel), at the MAS and on the Linkeroever at the entrance of the pedestrian tunnel. If you come with a Velo bicycle, keep in mind that, due to the closing off of the cycling course, the provision or the emptying of the Velo stations in the vicinity of the starting zone could be impeded.

Oudenaarde:
Cyclists can choose from various cycling routes from Oudenaarde and stop at several points where the racers pass more than once. Bike stands will be set up within walking distance of the public areas. You will find more information on www.derondeinoudenaarde.be.
